You might want to allow a senior administrator, "srAdmin," to be the only administrator (other than you, as the primary administrator) allowed to change anything on a sensitive server named "quartz." You could grant srAdmin the right to modify quartz resources.
To grant those rights, close this dialog box and choose quartz as your domain (from the Domain menu choose Add/Delete Domain to add quartz to your list of available domains, and then Switch Domain to that server). Once connected to quartz, in User Accounts, create a user account for srAdmin. Open srAdmin's properties dialog and grant rights to manage resources on quartz.
Finally, open the Security Policies dialog box and select "Server only (quartz)."
When srAdmin logs on to quartz, AdminSuite would find srAdmin had rights on quartz. If srAdmin is the only user (except for you) with rights to manage quartz, no other users will be able to make changes to quartz's resource files.
