Shares in the current management domain (single server only) are displayed in the view pane on the right.
Note: Unlike other AdminSuite tools, which work with both single server and name service management domains, the Mounts/Shares tool only works with single servers. This is because it is not possible to define a share or a mount for an entire name service domain. You can create a share on a specific machine, and you can mount it on another specific machine, but you cannot mount something on a NIS or NIS+ domain.
- Double-click a share to view or modify its properties. If the share is in conflict, you are asked which set of share properties you want to edit.
- To sort the displayed list, click the desired column head, or click View->Sort By.
- Click Action->Add Shared Directory to create a new share. Select a share and then click Action->Unshare to unshare it.
