The Available Columns list shows the items that are not currently selected for display. The Columns to Display list shows the items that will be displayed in your detail view.

Use the Add and Remove buttons to move items between the two lists. Use the Up and Down arrows to arrange the order in which the items will be displayed. Items at the top of the list will be displayed in the leftmost column of your detail view table; items at the bottom will be displayed in the rightmost column.

Click View->Large Icons and View->Details on the Computers/Networks menu to toggle between icon view and tabular detail view.
