The files displayed are those in the directory specified with the "Store log file in" option in the Settings dialog box. Click Action->Log File Settings in the AdminSuite main window to open the Settings dialog box.

Log files are stored by default in /var/opt/SUNWseam/3_0/log.

Note: New log entries are added to the active log file only. If you open a backed up log file, new entries are still added to the active file.
