There are two types of domains, a single server domain and a name service domain (NIS or NIS+).

Before you can begin managing a domain, you must add the domain to your list of domains: click Domain->Add/Delete Domains. You can add a domain for every Solaris server on which AdminSuite is installed, and for each NIS or NIS+ domain running AdminSuite 3.0 on the master server.
