If "Group Members" is checked, then this user's directory is available to all members of his or her primary group.

If "All Users" is checked, then everyone has access to this user's home directory.

"Read-only Access" means that other users can view the contents, but cannot change the files in the directory.

"Full Access" allows users to actually change file contents.
