Change a user's password by replacing the existing password with a combination of 6 through 16 case-sensitive letters, numbers, and special characters.

Within the first 6 characters, at least 2 must be alphabetic and at least one must be a number or special character.

Inform the user of this new password and of the need to use it when logging on to the system.
