This function creates an output primitive attribute which
sets the line bundle

attribute.
If an undefined line bundle
.I index
is specified, the default bundle index one
is used.  If index one is not defined, the following values are used: line type
is
.B PEXLineTypeSolid;
polyline interpolation is
.B PEXPolylineInterpNone;
curve approximation is method 1 (
.B PEXApproxImpDep
) with a tolerance of 1.0; line width is 1.0 and line color is index color one.
